About Me

Michelle Penny: I would identify myself, (if I had to)as a contemporary artist working mostly with oil and acrylic on canvas.But also mosaic, sculpture and furniture. I find inspiration in such artists as Marc Chagall, Diego Rivera, Frida Khalo and others. Artists who like myself strived to tell stories with a paint brush in a simple an hopefully pleasing way. The goal for me personaly has always to paint a story in a way that makes the viewer smile. Why not take a journey of my blogspot and see if you are able to smile even for a brief moment.
